If you're a fan of adding leaves to your aquascape to create a cool microhabitat, then you already know that replenishing them as they decompose is just "par for the course." And it's always a good idea to have a fresh set of leaves ready to go when you need them! That's why we created the "Re-leaf" Leaf Litter Replenishment Pack!
This pack contains an assortment of 40 your favorite leaves in various sizes, perfect for topping of- or even starting- a great leaf litter zone in your aquarium! Although the selection varies, as outlined below, "Re-leaf" typically includes one or more sizes of Catappa leaves, Guava leaves, Malaysian Bamboo Leaves, or Jackfruit Leaves. However, it might include some Artocarpus Leaves, Magnolia Leaves Loquat leaves, or even Mangrove Leaves.
That's the interesting part of the deal; You never know what might show up in your pack! It really depends upon what leaves we have in good supply and condition.
ORIGIN: Worldwide
PREPARATION: Before using the leaves in your aquarium, we recommend steeping them in boiling water for about 20 minutes or so to saturate them. Or, just "rinse and add", if that's your thing. It's your call.
All of our aquatic botanicals are intended for ornamental aquarium or terrarium use only. Please use common sense and take the time to boil or soak all botanicals prior to using them, to reduce the possibility of problems. Always go slow when introducing any botanicals into your systems, so you can judge the effect they have on your fishes and plants. They are not intended for human consumption. DO NOT INGEST!
